Warming up to Stir a little marmalade
Almost set for the class at Barbara Lynch’s Stir cooking school this Sunday, February 20. The class is filled and I am getting all the details ready. I drove over to take a look this afternoon and met with Stephanie who will prep and help with all the details. We will make my Cara Cara Meyer Lemon marmalade and while that is bubbling on the stove, we will whip up a raspberry crostata and peach ginger filled muffins – just to have something to munch while we wait for the marmalade to thicken. Will report back!
