Makes one cocktail
- 1 Tbs. Bonnie’s Jams Black and Blue
- ½ oz. crème de cassis or Chambord (optional)
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 3 oz. Champagne or Prosecco of choice
In a shaker, combine Bonnie’s Jam Black & Blue and crème de cassis (if using), use mixing spoon to mix well. Then add ice to a cocktail shaker, cover and shake. Strain into coup glass. Top with Champagne or Prosecco and swirl. Float fresh blueberries on top for garnish.
