What Makes Our Jams Different?

All of our jams start with fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. Add to that just the right amount of sugar to bring out the juicy goodness in the fruit, a little lemon juice, herbs, spices, and other simple ingredients – then cooked low and slow to deepen all of the rich fruit flavors creating a jam that’s perfect for pairing with artisan cheeses and charcuterie.

Designed For Pairing

All of our recipes start with Bonnie, inspired by her memories growing up among the orange groves of Southern California and from her travels near and far. In the kitchen, Bonnie draws on those experiences to create her unique flavor combinations to pair perfectly with artisan cheese.
